The role involves accurate entry and maintenance of client records, verification of documentation, and coordination with case officers to ensure timely processing of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain client records in internal systems and immigration databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review and verify client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance prior to Submission.
  • Maintain and organise both digital and physical records in accordance with firm policies.
  • Prepare and generate reports as required by management and case officers.
  • Coordinate with consultants and case managers to support efficient application processing.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards when handling client information.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.

Strong typing speed with exceptional accuracy:

Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.

Prior experience in immigration, legal, or compliance-related fields will be considered an advantage.
