Tele-caller Roles and Responsibilities:
1 – Making Outbound Calls:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the service. Make cold calls to generate new leads or follow up with previous leads.
2 – Receiving Inbound Calls:
Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries. Resolve customer issues and provide information about services.
3 – Maintaining Customer Database:
Record customer information, feedback, and sales details accurately. Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with relevant information after each call. Maintain detailed records of calls and conversations for future reference.
4 – Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the management. Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
5 – Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with customers by being polite, friendly, and patient. Handle customer grievances and escalate issues to higher authorities if necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved issues.
6 – Providing Product/Service Information:
Be knowledgeable about the company’s services to answer customer queries effectively. Provide detailed information about offers, promotions, and discounts.
7 – Adhering to Scripts and Policies:
Follow scripts and standard operating procedures for making calls. Ensure compliance with company policies, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
8 – Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Suggest service recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
9 – Handling Rejections:
Manage rejection and objections professionally during sales or customer service calls. Maintain a positive attitude and persistently follow up on leads.
10 – Reporting:
Report daily or weekly performance to supervisors, including sales numbers, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback. Highlight issues or trends observed during calls to help improve processes.
