We are seeking an experienced Client Service Executive with a strong background in Australian immigration processes. The role involves managing client relationships, providing end-to-end support for visa applications, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the migration journey. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with skilled migration pathways and a client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Australian visa processes
Provide accurate guidance on visa subclasses (e.g., Subclass 189, 190, 491, student visas, partner visas)
Manage end-to-end client servicing—from onboarding to visa lodgement and post-lodgement follow-ups
Review client documents to ensure compliance with Australian immigration requirements
Coordinate with Registered Migration Agents (RMA) for case assessments and application strategies
Prepare and track Expressions of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect
Monitor application progress and update clients regularly
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
Maintain CRM records and ensure proper documentation of all interactions
Stay updated with changes in Australian immigration laws, policies, and procedures
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services (e.g., state nomination, partner visas, appeals support)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, or related field preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian immigration client servicing
Strong knowledge of General Skilled Migration (GSM) pathways
Familiarity with SkillSelect, ImmiAccount, and visa documentation requirements
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and document verification skills
Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Experience working in an immigration firm
Knowledge of Australian skills assessment bodies
Understanding of Australian immigration platforms
Exposure to visa refusal handling or appeals
