The Client service assistant ensures that clients receive timely assistance, accurate information, and guidance throughout the application process. The key roles and responsibilities for a Client Service assistant:
1 – Client interaction and communication:
▪️ Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
▪️ Provide general information regarding visa types, processes, and requirements.
▪️ Schedule meetings, consultations, and follow-up calls for clients with migration agents or consultants.
▪️ Help clients understand the requirements for different types of visas.
▪️ Regular follow-up with clients
▪️ Schedule appointments for clients with migration agents or consultants.
▪️ Handle client complaints or escalate issues to migration agents or legal professionals when needed.
▪️ Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and organizing meetings.
2 – Maintaining Client Records:
▪️ Maintain and update client profiles in migration management systems or databases.
