About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our team as Client Service Officers. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information about services, processes, and documentation requirements
Maintain and update client records in internal systems
Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents or updates
Handle basic issue resolution and escalate complex matters when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Commerce, Arts, or related fields preferred)
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools preferred)
